WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Envee Esthetics allows you to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your start time.
If you are LATE up to 15 minutes we will still provide the service and get as much done as we can and will charge the full service price.
If you are more than 15 minutes LATE we will ask you to reschedule and will charge the full service price.If you only have a 15 minute appointment (brow wax) these policies go into effect after 5 minutes.
If you NO SHOW OR CANCEL last minute twice in a row, you will be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the service value (non-refundable deposit) that you wish to book.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BIKINI WAX AND A BRAZILIAN?
A bikini wax removes all hair that is visible outside the bikini line.
A brazilian wax removes all hair top to bottom, front to back (yes, between the cheeks too).
CAN I STILL GET WAXED IF I'M ON MY PERIOD?
Yes! We are trained professionals and can still wax you if it's that time of month. All we ask is that you freshen up before your appointment and have a fresh cup or tampon in. If you are unable to shower right before your appointment, no worries, you are welcome to use the restroom where we always have feminine wipes stocked. If you are uncomfortable getting waxed, we understand and are happy to reschedule you.
WHAT IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?
We wax many men and women with sensitive skin and the results are great. The oil barrier we use will help protect your skin and our cooling gel will help alleviate the trauma associated with waxing.
WILL IT HURT?
Yes it will hurt. Is it bearable? Yes! Is it worth it? Absolutely! We do our best to make you comfortable by using an oil barrier to protect your skin and finish with a cooling gel that helps alleviate the pain and calm your skin. You are welcome to take a pain reliever 30-45 minutes before your appointment.
HOW LONG WILL MY WAX LAST?
When you wax regularly your wax will last at least 2 weeks, even at 3 weeks your hair is so minimal you can still get away with wearing a bikini!
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO BE WAXED AFTER THE FIRST SESSION?
We recommend you come every 4-5 weeks. This will ensure all 3 cycles of hair have grown out long enough to be waxed and your wax will last longer. we understand in the summer time it is harder to let it grow, so you can come every 3 weeks if you would like.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We ask that you please do not bring your kids. We work with hot wax and have sharp tools in our rooms. while you are being waxed you are unable to tend to your kids and we would feel terrible if anything happened. Our lobby area also has too many things that can get broken. We offer day and evening appointments to better help you in choosing a time that will work without having to bring the kids along.
HOW DO I PREPARE?
Stop shaving! Your hair must be grown out least 1/4". This is often the hardest part and may drive you crazy. If you can push through and make it, we promise you'll be happy you did. You need to have at least 2-3 weeks of growth. Please do not book your appointment if you will have less than 2 weeks of growth or else you will leave your appointment with hair left behind.
Exfoliate the night before or the morning of your appointment and again A dry brush or exfoliating hand mitt work well. Please do not use a loofah as they harbor bacteria... something that can be washed thoroughly is best.
WHAT LENGTH DOES MY HAIR NEED TO BE TO BE WAXED?
Your hair must be AT LEAST 1/4" long. This length requires 2-3 weeks of growth. If you come to your appointment with less than 2 weeks growth we will wax what we can but you will likely leave with hair still and you will still be required to pay full price, please plan ahead.
CAN I STILL GET WAXED IF IM PREGNANT?
It is perfectly safe to get waxed while you are pregnant. Be mindful that there is a lot more blood flow to the Brazilian area so it tends to be more sensitive but it is well worth it! You may get a bit more redness too but it fades fairly quickly.
DO YOU OFFER WAXING FOR MEN?
We sure do! We are quick, efficient, and try our best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We are trained to wax head to toe and everything in-between.
